Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received and approved. Processing times may be longer during high-volume periods, holidays, or due to factors outside our control.
2. Shipping Rates
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the shipping address, package weight, and selected delivery method.
- Free standard shipping may be offered on qualifying orders when stated on the site or at checkout.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery timeframes are shown at checkout when available. Delivery estimates begin after an order has been processed and shipped. Transit times may vary based on carrier performance, weather, location, and other external factors. Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
4. Shipping Restrictions
Cloudline Bliss ships only to locations where hemp-derived products are permitted by law. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or refund any order that cannot be shipped due to local or state restrictions, compliance concerns, or carrier limitations.
Customers are responsible for reviewing their local laws before placing an order.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, a shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
6. Delivery Issues, Lost Packages, and Damage
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
- If a package appears lost in transit, please contact us so we can review the shipment status and assist as appropriate.
- Cloudline Bliss is not responsible for carrier delays, incorrect addresses submitted by the customer, or delivery issues caused by events outside our control.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.
8. Adult Signature or Age-Restricted Delivery
We reserve the right to require age verification, adult signature, or other delivery safeguards on orders when appropriate.
