All orders are processed and shipped from our facility Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
2. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and selected service.
- We currently offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 (before taxes and discounts).
3. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Please note that delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be impacted by carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.
4. Shipping Restrictions
Cloudline Bliss complies with all federal and state laws. We do not ship THCA hemp flower or related products to the following states due to local restrictions:
Arkansas, Hawaii, Idaho, Kansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Oregon, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont.
Orders placed with shipping addresses in these states will be canceled and refunded.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging.
- If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Cloudline Bliss is not responsible for delays or errors caused by the carrier.
