3. Commissions & Payouts

  • Affiliates earn a commission on qualifying purchases made through their referral link.
  • Commission rates are provided upon approval and may vary by product or promotion.
  • Payouts are issued monthly via PayPal, bank transfer, or store credit.
  • Minimum payout threshold: $50. Balances below this amount roll over to the next month.

4. Promotional Guidelines

Affiliates must represent Cloudline Bliss in a professional, compliant manner:

  • You may promote via blogs, websites, newsletters, and social media platforms you own.
  • You may not use spam, misleading claims, or deceptive practices.
  • Paid ads using our brand name require prior written approval.
  • You may not present yourself as an employee or official representative of Cloudline Bliss.

5. Compliance

  • All promotions must comply with federal, state, and local laws.
  • Products must only be promoted to adults 21+ (or as required locally).
  • You must not make health or medical claims.
  • Affiliates must avoid restricted shipping states: Arkansas, Hawaii, Idaho, Kansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Oregon, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Cloudline Bliss grants affiliates a limited, non-exclusive license to use provided logos, banners, and product images.
  • You may not alter or resell our branding without permission.

7. Termination

  • We may terminate affiliates for violations, inactivity, or behavior that harms the brand.
  • Upon termination, you must stop using all Cloudline Bliss promotional materials.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Cloudline Bliss is not responsible for lost revenue due to downtime, tracking issues, or technical errors.
  • Our liability shall not exceed the total commissions earned by the affiliate.

9. Modifications

  • We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
  • Affiliates will be notified of material changes by email or dashboard.
  • Continued participation constitutes acceptance of changes.

10. Governing Law
